Signing up for health coaching with Dawn was a great decision. I have struggled with my weight my entire life and have tried every weight loss program from Weight Watchers to all the randam fad diets. I have seen and heard it all! I thought I’d give this a chance and I am sure glad I did. Dawn taught me new tricks and tidbits that I will carry with me in my daily life. She kept me accountable without being judgemental.
